On that note God Hates Tyres has been pushed back another week until the 26th, but with good reason. Charlie and his Dis-con-nected crew are taking a bicycle powered cinema to Uganda ( read about it here ) and want to do a fund raising all**cat on the 19th.
Funds need raising now, whereas God will always hate tyres so Friday the 19th is going to be an All**cat now. I'll post more details when I get them from the organisers but the general idea is a fast point-to-point race with not too many checkpoints so it should be fun. Even if you can't be bothered racing you should come and pay your entry, you'll be supporting a good cause and adding to your spokecard collection.
This fortuitous situation means we have an extra week to sort out the whole tee shirt problem that's been giving us a massive headache recently. The plan is to do some God Hates Tyres tee shirts that are only available to people who turn up on the night, but we don't want to end up with too few or too many.
So the solution is we're going to have a registration system for people who want a shirt which we'll put details about in the very next post. Hopefully tomorrow.
