CMWC

That's another Cycle Messenger World Championship over. None of us from H.O.P. managed to make it this year, which would've been fine if it had been shite but all the reports I've heard claim it was a great event. There was even a hurricane during the finals. I think all CMWC finals should be raced in adverse weather conditions cos it sorts out the real couriers from the dilettantes. Congratulations Shino (JPN) and Jenna (NZ) the male and female champions. Tom (Millportpoloco 2007 karaoke champion) from Glasgow made it and helped out as a volunteer while rocking a new hair-do and a Pistard tee, way to go Tom.

Although I've tried in the past there's not much you can say about a courier event you didn't attend so the rest of this post will be a photo montage of what one of our all time favourite messengers got up to during CMWC 2008.
